■ Features
This flexible hose is much more flexible than conventional metal flexible hoses. The internal hose is made of fluoropolymer resin (PTFE). The pipe consists of PTFE which is extrusion–molded and braided tightly, so it has greatly improved impact pressure resistance. Heat resistance and cold resistance C an be used continuously at temperature range of –54°C– + 200°C. However, this applies only to this product on its own. Non–absorptive PTFE does not absorb moisture, so fluid does not ooze out from the pipe side. Storage life Unlike a rubber hose, secular change of PTFE is small and its life remains unchanged under all weather conditions. Use of possible fluid s Water/Oil

Precautions for use E Use a high–temperature dedicated plug (FSHG, FSHGR, FSHL, FSHLR, FSHLS) d P.1003 for the plug connected to an A–shaped caulking piece. E Do not use with any other than a plastic mold.

Vacuum application
Unsuitable
E The hose expands and contracts when the pressure is increased and reduced, so make the hose a little longer. E Do not use the hose bent to less than the minimum allowable bending radius, and do not bend it continuously. Do not allow the hose to come into contact with a heat source for heating the mold, such as a heater. E Periodically inspect and replace the hose. Replace the hose if it is cracked, has hardened or is externally damaged. E Rubber hose is vulnerable to damage, especially WHSG 、 WHSG–S, so handle with care. E Do not use WHSG and WHSG–S in high temperature water exceeding 100°C. The hose reinforcement material (thread) may become brittle, causing the hose to burst. When cleaning with steam, perform it in a short time at a saturated steam pressure of 0.2MPa (130°C) or less.
