■ How to Mount • Notch the end face of the inner pipe on the cooling unit side and fix it with set screws facing the cooling water outlet hole side. The inner pipe (DCJI) is notched as standard. • Install the outer pipe, inlet pipe, and outlet pipe by brazing. The end face of the welded side of the outer pipe should be processed to match the inner diameter of the fitting (inlay section processing) before installation. Inlay machining is performed as standard for outer pipe (DCJO). • After fixing the outer pipe to the cooling side, fix the inlet pipe and outlet pipe in the specified position and direction with the fixing bolts. • Be sure to apply grease to the O–ring to protect it during assembly.
