■ Characteristics • Matching to four types of the diameter of water hole, D = 6, 8, 10 and 12mm. • JWPKS, tool set for Cooling Circuit Plug, is a special tool to fix JWPZ ( D right page ) into the cooling hole. • Can fix the cooling circuit plug at any position by using scale value on the scale pipe and stopper.

■ Characteristics By setting this component inside the cooling hole, this component can block the cooling water circulation pathway. All–in–one type enables easier installation to the cooling hole. All–in–one type enables easier installationto the cooling hole. Can be fixed inside the cooling hole to enlarge and crush the outer diameter with the tool for Cooling Circuit Plug JWPKS. Mold installation is not available with JWPZ only. Need tool for Cooling Circuit Plug such as JWPKS ( D Left page ) . E JWPZ is made of aluminum alloy. Note that if alkali detergent is used, it will deteriorate. ■ Specifications Type JWPZ D 6 8 10 12

a) Match up the suitable tool (JWPK) and special wrench to meet D dimensions of the cooling circuit plug. b) Fix JWPZ at Part A. Close tightly to the end part of scale pipe. c) Move the stopper on the scale pipe to the position F to fix the cooling circuit plug. d) Load the scale pipe into the mold cooling hole and put stopper on the mold side surface. e) Be careful for the scale pipe not to lean against mold cooling hole and grab the handlebar by both hands. f) Tensile shaft slides back and cooling circuit plug profile expands. g) By verifying the immovable of the cooling circuit plug, remove JWPZ from the shaft by unlocking the tensileshaft knob.

■ Guide for usage • If you mount the cooling circuit plug, the special tool set or single parts for combination, JWPKW + JWPK3, 4, or 6 are available. • At the time of mold maintenance or when the fixing location set at wrong position, remove the cooling circuit plug by drilling hole and replace with new cooling circuit plug.
