Q Characteristics • It protects the nozzle heater and band heater from the resin that is dispersed from the gap between the nozzle and the screw bushing during molding. • M–HBP524 has a slit and can be easily cut to the desired inner diameter. • The product is made from a glass fiber material and it can protect the heater for a long time because it has high heat resistance temperature and durability.

 Q Precautions for use • This product is exclusively for nozzles with a removable tip. Tighten and fix it so that it is interposed between the nozzle.

Q Characteristics • The flat lead cover is kept low so that the outer circumference does not interfere with the nozzle heater of the molding machine. • Since the heating element and the band are integrated, it prevents short circuits due to band misalignment and is easy to install.
