E The insulator D16 is white (others are pink), however there is no difference in quality from D6.5–12. Q Characteristics  • A flange prevents the cartridge heaters from coming off the mold.

• Having a thread that is shallower than ordinary tapered threads, it enables to fasten a cartridge heater by simply tightening. • When the tightening is weak or when removing the heater, fix the heater bolt and heater more firmly by M3 bolts from the side surface. E Do not use with a heater of watt density over 15W/cm 2 .
