Q Characteristics • By efficiently propagating heat and increasing thermal conductivity by applying paste, the internal temperature of the heater is significantly reduced and the heat and backfire phenomenon of nichrome wire are reduced to maintain the heater performance. It helps to achieve a longer life of the heater. • With the wavelength characteristics of far infrared rays, the paste has a special function to radiate and dissipate heat. Considering heat dissipation is equal to heat absorbed, it can also be expected to have an endothermic effect. • It contains carbon nanotubes, therefore it is ideal for preventing seizure and hardening at high temperatures. • Can be used at high temperatures up to 1600°C. • An environment friendly and harmless water–based product. Q Notes on handling • Stir well before using and set the heater in the mold before the applied paste dries.

Q Characteristics • Lubricating anti–seizure agent with excellent heat conduction.

Lubricating anti–seizure agent for heaters M–HLB

• It acts as a lubricant when the heater is installed and an anti–seizure agent after solidifying. • By applying the agent when installing the heater, the cost when replacing the heater can be reduced. • Since it does not contain any organic components like resin, there is no sticking due to heat or when used for a longer time period. • Boron nitride in the components forms a film on the surface of the heater and the mold, which avoids direct contact between the heater and the mold and allows the heater to be easily removed from the mold without welding.

Q  Characteristics • Can be bent by hand and can be freely set to R. Especially recommended for hot runners. Q  How to use • Align it with the groove of the mold and embed it with a plastic hammer. • By setting the mold groove to a tapered groove, the heater can be easily inserted.
