1. Drill a stop hole in the mold, process the tapered female screw of RC (PT) 1/8, and fix the ① mold mounting jig. 2. ③ Fix the stopper at an appropriate position on the thermocouple. 3. Extend the spring and ① hook it on the mold mounting jig. 4. The tip of the sensor will contact the mold firmly, allowing stable temperature measurement and one–touch removal.

■ Characteristics • It can be attached to the surface of the mold to check the approximate temperature change. It cannot be used as a precise temperature measuring instrument because it measures the temperature using the thermal expansion of the bimetal. If the temperature is within the recommended temperature range, the error in the displayed temperature is about ± 1 scale minute. (If the temperature is outside the recommended checking temperature range, it is not recommended due to the large display error.)
