E The bolt tightening part S 1 of CBHS is smaller than the bolt tightening part S of CB, and also the tightening force is weaker than that of CB. If you wish to obtain an adequate tightening force, consider adding more bolts. It is also recommended that you reduce the size of the counterbore machining. (See figure at right.) If you remove an excessive amount of the C–chamfering, the bolt head may become recessed below the mounting part.
