■ Characteristics The guide diameter is set 2mm thinner than the inner diameter of the spring and by using raw material, damage due to wear of the inner diameter of the spring is reduced. ※ When using this spring guide pin in the horizontal position, make sure to apply initial deflection.
E No spanner grooving for L–20 of SGA7–12.5, L–20–25 of SGA13.5–16, and L–30–35 of SGA17.5–27.5. E For 5mm (L = 25, 35, 45...) of SGA13.5–33T and L dimensions are ( ) as indicated. E Applicable coil springs are indicated by external diameter.

Spring (cross section)
Fasten the pin with an Allen wrench (using a wrench socket on the pin tip) or with a spanner (using relieves on the pin shaft).
Install the spring over a bushing and adjust its position.
Select L size to give an allowance of 10mm or more above the spring guide when it comes at the bottom dead center.
