E The initial load ( ± 10%) is the value at 20°C. The max usable load is a theoretical value for a static environment. The load changes with temperature. • Load {kgf} = Load N × 0.101972 • Load {N} = kgf × 9.80665
• Nitrogen gas pre–charge pressure kgf/cm 2 = MPa × 10.1972 MPa = kgf/cm 2 × 0.0980665 E When installing the gas spring for plastic models, use the Ma mounting holes and install with two bolts. E The D38 has two types of taps for mounting, J18 and J25, machined with two different pitches between them. E Gas re–filling and pressure adjustment are impossible.
