M–VCLH E Usable temperature range: M–VCL (0–60 ° C)/M–VCLH (0–120°C), Usable pressure range: 0.15–0.7 MPa, Rated pressure supply: 0.5 MPa E M–VCLH (for high temperature) is delivered without the silencer embedded in the main body. When using, remove the exhaust part and embed a silencer.

Part Number M–VCL10–018C

Quotation

■ When used to support gas release from the gas vent on the PL surface

■ Notes for usage • Usable temperature range: M–VCL (0–60 ℃ ) M–VCLH (0–120 ℃ ) • Usable pressure range: 0.15–0.7 MPa • Rated pressure supply: 0.5 MPa • Use clean air as much as possible for compressed air. (Foreign matter may adhere to the inside of the equipment and deteriorate its functionality.) • Because the material of the M–VCLH (for high temperature) silencer is SUS304, it can be washed and reused. (not possible for M–VCL) • The silencer (built–in part) can be used even after removal. (The exhaust noise is increased to some extent, but it does not affect functionality.)

A vacuum generator is a device that can obtain a high degree of vacuum by converting compressed air into a high–speed jet with a structure of a nozzle or diffuser.

* ANR (Atmosphere Normale de Reference) Reference normal atmosphere (Temperature 20°C, Absolute pressure 101.3 kPa, Relative humidity 65%) ■ Flow rate characteristics (Pressure supply: 0.5 MPa)
