■ Features of Date Marked Pin Sets
• Facilitates quality control and lot management of molded products. • The year/month/day indication can be easily changed from the PL side with a single screw driver. • Uses a steel ball stopper mechanism for positioning (arrow position), which has a superior positioning accuracy than an O–ring and superior durability against gas and high temperatures generated during molding.

The exchange of inside arrow, outside ring and changing the year, month and day can be done from the PL side. The outside ring can be removed by rotating a dedicated extraction jig ( P.515 ) or cap bolts by aligning them with the internal screw groove (removal tap).
The inside arrow can be replaced and year, month and day indication can be changed from the PL side. The outside ring is exchanged from plate side.
The year, month and day can be changed from PL side. The inside arrow and the outside ring is exchanged from plate side.
It is made of an "inside arrow and double ring structure" The year/ month exchange type leads to cost saving as it comes with a "year and month indication of 6 years" set which can be used for 6 years, thus saving the trouble of replacing the conventional inside arrow. The year, month and day can be changed from PL side.

Recycle marking ( P.544 ) It is possible to display the material of every plastic product by the material code number and abbreviation by using the identification mark. There are eight types of indication marks for different materials and for non-display, with the provision of American, German and French display for each.
