• Solid lubricant consisting mainly of graphite is finely dispersed through the sintered alloy, and the pores are impregnated with lubricating oil. • Has excellent coefficient of friction and wear resistance. The amount of oil impregnation is a high value of about 16%, ensuring stable performance over a long period. • There is no limit on the sliding direction. Because the solid lubricant is dispersed, the bushing can be adapted for short strokes, and can also be used for reciprocating motion, rocking and rotary motion as well.
• Solid lubricant is embedded in a base body of high strength brass.
