■ How to mount •Make countersunk holes for mounting bolts and grooves for installing the rail on each of the base side and slide core side, and fix them with bolts. •Refer to the right diagram for the groove dimension. •If the slide core does not move smoothly, check the clearance and the groove pitch (parallelism) of the groove width and the rail width W and adjust it.

■ Characteristics • Since no guide rail is installed next to the slide core, the slide mechanism can be made compact and measures against interference can be taken. • As compared to the guide rail structure, this is less affected by thermal expansion because this is mounted inside the slide core. • This helps prevent the wide slide core from galling.
■ Notes on handling • Be sure to apply grease to the sliding surface to prevent it from burning. • If you are concerned about an impact when dovetail parts stroke and fit together, chamfer the face of dovetail parts more. E Please note that combinations other than the set cannot be used.
