■ Feature • This product prevents sprue threads that occur during molding. (The effect varies by resin.) • Pressure loss of injection pressure is small and that allows stable molding.

• Easy to mount even when threads occur during a molding trial or after prototyping, because this is a different part from sprue and a nozzle. • This thin plate easily fits nozzle SR when it is held between the sprue and the nozzle. (Recommended sprue: SR10.5–13, P dimension: 3 and smaller)

• Use it as a spacer for height adjustment when mounting the sprue bushing.

■ Notes • If you use glass fiber, the hole may wear with use and that may weaken thread prevention effect. • The cap may come off if you move the nozzle off because the cap is held between the nozzle and the sprue.
