Tapered Guide Set ⑦
Also functions as a guide pin/guide bush/taper pin set. Saves space and the position is set with the tapered part while guiding.
Can be installed in cavity inserts and is suitable for small or space–saving molds. Positioning pins for insert mold hoop material are also available.
Basic type that uses pins and bushings for positioning. If positioning has to be done before core pins, etc., are inlaid, the straight type can be used to prevent wear and tear of the core pins. Clearance is required in case of the straight type, however, in case of the tapered type, the clearance can be set to zero when the mold is closed.

Install with bolts by drilling into the mold plate. For ease of maintenance, PL surface replacement type is also available.
After drilling into the mold plate, press down and install the flange on the supporting plate. (Plate side exchange)

Components for positioning large molds
Positioning can be easily performed by stacking the plates and processing the mounting grooves at the same time. To prevent galling, oil groove type and coating type are also available in the straight type.
Positioning of small molds that can be embedded in cavity inserts. More effective against thermal expansion as compared to pins.
