Because the special solid lubricant is embedded, it eliminates the need for lubrication. (Applying initial running–in oil prior to use can enhance the product's durability furthermore.) Please pay attention to the mold temperature as oil will ooze out from the solid lubricant at 80°C or higher temperatures.

Example of EGBNZ/EGBZ/EGBSK usage •  When using commercial mold bases, there are two ways–either to make the counterbore on the upper or lower plate. In contrast to the short guide type EGBH ( P.880 ) ejector leader bushings, EGBN ( P.880 ) and EGBNZ/ EGBZ/EGBSK provide a longer leading distance regardless of which plate the counterbore is based. 使用例 Example
