SUPERIOR DOUBLE EJECTOR/REAR DOUBLE EJECTOR

■ Features • This is a double ejector unit for ejector plates. Use the unit when it is difficult to eject the finished products with one–step ejection or when you want to have thefinished products automatically fall. • Thanks to the assembly of the units away from the center of mold but within the ejector frame the space required for installation is drastically reduced leaving more space for other mechanisms. • Also works as the ejector guide pins and bushes, eliminating the need to install extra items.

■ Notes • Arrange at least two points of this product diagonally in a well-balanced state. • Using this product with springs is not recommended as it will damage the unit. • Cutting of leader components is not recommended. • Adjust the length of the D-cut upper part so that it does not pop out of the plate. If it is too short, the load will be applied easily and it may cause a malfunction.
