Example

Example • Use when pushing up and fixing the ejector plate such as when setting or replacing the ejector pin. • Because the L dimension is an integral number of 5mm units + 1mm according to the space which is incremented in 5mm steps, the mold can be installed in the molding machine without any need to counterbore the upper side of the ejector plate. • Because the threaded part (F dimension) is somewhat long, it is possible to easily set the ejector plate without subjecting it to the load from the spring.

Over–stroke of the ejector plate can lead to damage. Insert a spacer between backup plate and ejector plate (top) to minimize the damage in such case.

• Use the unit when it is difficult to eject the finished products with one–step ejection or when you want to have the finished products automatically fall.

■ Notes

• Install two or more this products symmetrically to achieve well–balanced operation of the plate. • Using this product with springs is not recommended as it will damage the unit.
